May Challenge

A Medieval Collaborative Effort

Our most recent group challenge was to create something with a medieval theme, however, it should be done as a collaborative effort! Click on the image for a larger view of the projects!

Members: Paula, Crystallena, Barbara and Lindsay- Made this wrap-around ring to bracelet dragon, with a flame glass piece by Vaughn Anderson, and labradorite and swarovski crystal body, wings and flames.

Members: Mary, Ed, Jeanne, Sue Sevcik- A celtic silver brooch with a large woven knot and soldered decorations, a center stone hand cut, and blue pearlesent glass cabs.

Ed provided the material (corrundum) for the center stone, which Mary cut. Sue Sevcik ( http://www.sasyglass.com ) provided the the dichroic glass cabs. Design and silver work by Jeanne Rhodes-Moen ( http://www.jeannius.com )

Bill Churlik (http://www.earthspeakarts.com ), made this wood, fur, crystal, copper and gemstone magic wand/scepter.
